How long will delivery take?

Other Ideas delivers worldwide and all apparel products are printed-on-demand, which means once you place the order, we start working to get the product to you. This means it takes a little bit longer to deliver it to you. It takes 2- 5 business days to create and send out the product plus the shipping time. Making each order on-demand, personally for you allows us to avoid overproduction. (You can read more on how Other Ideas is sustainable in the ‘about’ section from the main menu header). This way we get to take care of you and the planet we all share. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

If you’re ever in a situation where the estimated delivery time has passed, please wait just a little bit longer. Then, once 5 business days have passed, get in touch with us via email or chat, and we’ll take a look.

Placing an Order

Once an order is placed you will receive a tracking link via email once your order is shipped. Depending on the products ordered, please note items may arrive separately as some items may be shipped from different locations depending on stock availability, so will have different delivery times. 

There may be import fees on your order, this will depend on your shipping location and will vary from country to country. Sadly we cannot say for certain if you will incur additional fees on import if your order is fulfilled outside of your country.

Our delivery costs may vary as we ship Worldwide. The shipping rate will be calculated at the checkout before you complete your order.

Missing Order?

Check your shipping confirmation to see if you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, contact us noting your order number. Make sure to contact us within 30 days of your purchase, after that time we won't be able to help you.

All reshipments due to the item being undeliverable due to incorrect address, missed post office pickups or anything that would require a reshipment will have to incur a reshipment fee.
